New Role Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented newly qualified Solicitor to join our Serious Injury team here at Lime Solicitors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing firm within the serious injury market where you’ll gain exposure to high-quality, complex work.
With a strong emphasis on development, collaboration, and progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in serious injury litigation while working alongside experienced professionals.
Please note: This role is based out of our London office, but will require travel to Oxford once per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of serious injury matters from inception through to resolution with the support of the wider team.
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third-party representatives.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
- Preparing case files and documentation for hearings.
- Gaining exposure to barristers.
- Managing a varied caseload in line with litigation processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience of working in a serious injury team work on all aspects of claims.
- Strong interest in personal injury or litigation work.
- Strong client management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
