The Opportunity

A highly regarded, award-winning regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Land & Property Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone with early post-qualification experience in property litigation to develop their career within a specialist team recognised for delivering high-quality legal advice across a broad range of contentious property matters.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision, support senior lawyers on more complex matters, and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You will advise businesses, developers, investors, landlords, tenants and private individuals on a varied caseload of property disputes, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and break notices
  • Restrictive covenants, easements and rights of way
  • Trespass, possession and boundary disputes
  • Property contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims involving property professionals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
