Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, life-changing injury cases, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, serious orthopaedic injuries, and fatal accident claims. The successful candidate will manage work alongside an experienced serious injury lawyer supporting on multi-track and complex catastrophic injury matters.

Experience Required

  • Qualified solicitor with previous experience in personal injury litigation. Newly qualified candidates will be considered.
  • Those with more experience will be given more responsibility and their own caseload.
  • Experience handling or assisting on higher-value claims is desirable.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • Confident progressing cases through litigation and understanding of CPR.
  • Experience valuing quantum and negotiating settlements.
  • Ability to manage court deadlines and limitation dates.
  • Proactive and organised approach to case management.
