The Role

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Sales Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales team. You will cover part of the Nuclear and Industrial sector where you’ll be responsible for a range of instruments. Our product portfolio is wide and it covers a broad range of applications from health physics to environmental monitoring systems.

As a Sales Engineer, you will help the team to increase product sales by visiting universities, industrial and nuclear sites and providing solutions to different client applications. While the role is predominantly UK based, there will be an element of foreign travel required to fulfil the role.

You will also work closely with other departments and the product manufacturers to develop the customer base, increasing awareness of your products and providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

You will be provided with a company car, laptop, and mobile phone to assist you in your role, along with the necessary training and support to become the best you can be.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
