Nuclear Safety and Regulatory Interface
Location: UK-wide Role with Regular Travel to Offices and Site (3 days a week)
Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + Package
The Client
Shirley Parsons is partnering with a Tier 1 Mechanical and Electrical contractor who deliver technical, energy and infrastructure services to a large variety of both private and public sector clients. They work on projects such as Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, AWE alongside many others.

The Opportunity
The project is very early in its lifecycle and so this is an excellent opportunity to develop and implement the client's Nuclear Safety Culture from the ground up as you see fit.
We're looking for an experienced Nuclear Safety Culture Leader who has had experience of training large white-collar and blue-collar teams alongside a grounding in Quality principles.
Your Day-to-Day
This will entail developing and implementing the client's Nuclear Safety Culture strategy; liaising with the supply chain and delivery teams to ensure a strong Nuclear Safety Culture is embedded throughout the supply chain; support regulatory interventions and demonstrate the client's commitment to nuclear safety and learning; promote a culture of learning latent error prevention, human performance factors and leadership effectiveness
