This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centred care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions for individuals and families, with a strong focus on pediatric and community-based services.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and documenting patient status
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicating clearly with patients, families, and caregivers
- Following clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to care plans
- Supporting discharge and follow-up processes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Educating families on care routines
- Promoting safety and infection control
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Nurse (e.g., NMC registration or equivalent) and eligibility to practise in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrated clinical nursing skills in assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of patient outcomes.
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric nursing, home healthcare, or community-based care for medically fragile or complex patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and person-centred care, with a focus on safety, dignity, and respect.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site clinical environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic digital documentation and use of electronic health record systems.
- Relevant nursing degree or diploma; additional certifications in pediatric, community, or critical care nursing are an advantage.
