JOB DESCRIPTION

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
Weekend Working: Some weekend shifts required, based on service needs.
Location: Remote, though occasional attendance at our Support Office in Islington, London will be required

Overview

Are you dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with ADHD? Are you looking to be part of an innovative, digitally focused healthcare service where your expertise is respected and supported? Join our dynamic and expanding multidisciplinary team as an Independent Prescriber, specialising in ADHD and mental health care.

About the role

You'll conduct remote consultations (video and phone) with patients undergoing ADHD medication titration and post-stabilisation, prescribing in line with NICE guidelines using systems like SystmOne and EPS. You'll also offer advice on non-pharmacological strategies to support individual treatment goals.

There will be occasional travel to our London (Islington) office for induction, team meetings or training. Depending on your location, you may also support in-person ADHD prescribing clinics in central London.

Key responsibilities

• Titration and review of ADHD medications.
• Participating in weekly MDT meetings, clinical audits, supervision sessions, and ongoing training.
• Contributing to continuous service development and innovation.
• Being part of the duty prescriber rota – triaging referrals, handling urgent patient/GP queries, and managing prescription requests.
• Attending a short daily clinical team “huddle” for service updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
