Job Title

Type: Permanent - Full time - Field Based Role
Location: Sheffield / Barnsley (South Yorkshire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9-5 (with some flexibility)
Experience: Stoma experience is advantageous
Qualifications: Ideally supplementary prescribing qualification

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join the team in Sheffield or Barnsley area. In this fantastic role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple patient services and healthcare professionals across various clinical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out home visits to support patients with self-injections or venepuncture.
  • Setting up infusions and running clinics.
  • Working from home supporting patients support lines.
  • Managing your own caseload and traveling around a given geography to see patients.

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Ideally Stoma experience, or wound care/gastro specialty experience.
  • Proficient in phlebotomy, cannulation, spirometry and infusion therapies.
  • Training can be provided where required.
  • Supplementary Prescriber (CPNP) qualification would be an advantage.
  • Spirometry experience and/or ARTP qualification would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all formats, including face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the designated geographical area.
