Hours: Permanent and Fixed-Term Opportunities Available, Full and part-time hours, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working

- Is a Registered Nursing Associate with current NMC registration.
- Is passionate about caring for children, young people and families
- Demonstrates kindness, compassion and respect in every interaction
- Communicates confidently and effectively with colleagues, children and families
- Works well as part of a team
- Values safeguarding and patient advocacy
- Is organised, motivated and eager to learn
- Remains calm and professional in a busy clinical environment

About The Role
As a Nursing Associate within Children's Services, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, holistic care to children and young people.

Working alongside nurses, doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver compassionate, family-centred care
- Monitor and assess patients using recognised paediatric assessment tools
- Support the safe administration and management of medicines within your scope of practice
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Promote safeguarding and advocate for children and young people
- Support healthcare support workers and students in their learning and development
- Help create a safe, welcoming and child-friendly environment for patients and families
