Job Title: Clinical Lead
Location: Poole, Dorset
Adriel Care Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our team in Poole, Dorset. This is an onsite role supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred complex care within the community.
The Clinical Lead will work closely with our Registered Manager, care teams, clients, families and other healthcare professionals, providing clinical leadership and ensuring that care is delivered in line with best practice, regulatory requirements and Adriel Care’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake holistic clinical assessments for clients with complex care needs
- Develop, implement and regularly review individualised care plans
- Complete clinical risk assessments and ensure appropriate risk-management measures are in place
- Provide clinical oversight across complex care packages and monitor the quality and effectiveness of care
- Deliver client-specific clinical training and assess staff competency
- Support the safe delegation of clinical tasks to appropriately trained care staff
- Provide clinical advice, guidance and escalation support to care teams
- Review clinical documentation and ensure accurate, compliant record keeping
- Support incident management, clinical investigations and appropriate escalation of concerns
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
- Liaise effectively with clients, families, commissioners and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Participate in the clinical on-call rota where required
- Support continuous improvement, clinical governance and CQC compliance
- Maintain professional development and NMC revalidation requirements

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and relevant post-registration clinical experience. You should have strong clinical assessment and risk-management skills, experience supporting individuals with complex health needs and the confidence to train, assess and provide clinical guidance to care staff.
You will need excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding and professional accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary professionals.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required due to the nature of the role.
