Nurse Manager | Leading Fertility Clinic – Nottingham | £50,000–£60,000
Melber Flinn is partnering with a well-established, high-performing independent fertility clinic in the Nottingham area to find their next Nurse Manager. Our client treats both NHS and private patients, holds an excellent HFEA inspection rating, and offers a full suite of fertility treatment and diagnostic services. The clinic is easily accessible with excellent motorway links and free on-site parking.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity: you'll take ownership of the nursing and sonography team, sit as a key voice on the Clinic Management Team, and stay clinically active — seeing patients while shaping quality, strategy and the patient experience.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- NMC registration, educated to degree level or equivalent
- 3+ years' managerial experience in a healthcare setting
- Senior nursing leadership within Women's Health — fertility, midwifery, gynaecology, or another specialism working with vulnerable patients
- The confidence and resilience to lead a team and make the role your own

What's on offer:
- £50,000–£60,000 (DOE)
- 37.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, plus weekends on a 1:4 rotation
- 27 days holiday + bank holidays
- Dual contribution pension scheme
