Nurse Manager – Lead the Launch of an Exciting New Nursing Agency

Help Build One of Scotland's Newest Healthcare Staffing Providers

This isn't just another Nurse Manager vacancy...

It's an opportunity to build something from the ground up.

We're launching an ambitious new nursing agency supplying highly skilled nursing and healthcare professionals to the NHS, Local Authorities, residential care homes, care at home providers, and other healthcare organisations across Scotland.

We're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Nurse Manager who wants more than simply managing an existing service. We want someone who is excited by the challenge of creating a high-quality, respected agency that becomes the provider of choice for both clients and healthcare professionals.

If you've ever wanted the freedom to shape a service, build a team, develop new business and make your mark on an organisation, this is your opportunity.

🚀 Why This Role is Different

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
