Role Overview
We are inviting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Kyrios Global Community and participate in paid, short-term research and advisory opportunities related to patient care, clinical workflows, and medical innovation. Participation is completely flexible and designed to complement your current nursing shifts or academic schedule.
This is not a full-time or employed position and does not require ongoing commitment.

What Participation Involves
- Providing "front-line" clinical perspectives for healthcare research and patient management studies.
- Engaging in surveys, virtual focus groups, or advisory discussions on medical devices and protocols.
- Contributing your expertise entirely online or by phone.
- Choosing specific projects that align with your specialized nursing experience and personal availability.
Qualifications
- Active nursing registration and license in good standing.
- Currently practicing in hospital-based, outpatient, academic, or specialized clinical settings.
- A drive for clinical research, healthcare innovation, or nursing thought leadership.
- Experience in niche fields (e.g., GI, ICU, ER, or Pediatrics) is highly valued but all specialties are welcome.
Compensation
Honoraria ranging from $50 to $500+ per study, based on scope, format, and time commitment. There is no minimum participation required.
