Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Nurse Practitioner role focused on supporting healthcare research activities. The Nurse Practitioner will apply clinical expertise to review, interpret, and validate healthcare data, patient pathways, and treatment protocols used in research projects. Responsibilities include:

- Participating in the design and evaluation of research questionnaires
- Offering evidence-based clinical insights
- Ensuring medical accuracy in reports and presentations
- Collaborating with analysts and project managers
- Contributing to teleconsultations or expert interviews when required
- Staying current with clinical guidelines and advancements in relevant therapeutic areas
- Helping ensure compliance with ethical standards and applicable regulatory considerations in all healthcare-related research activities

Qualifications
- Clinical expertise: Active Nurse Practitioner license, strong knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care across relevant specialties.
- Healthcare research and data skills: Ability to interpret clinical data, review medical literature, and contribute to protocol and questionnaire design for healthcare research.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts to non-clinical stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.
- Technical and digital proficiency: Comfort with digital tools, electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and basic familiarity with AI/ML-driven healthcare solutions.
- Professional background: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Nursing; prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner in clinical or research settings preferred.
- Compliance and ethics: Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, medical ethics, and relevant regulatory frameworks in healthcare and research.
- Additional strengths: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to manage part-time remote work schedules, and willing to continuously update clinical knowledge.
