About our Clients
This lovely growing Nursery Provider is now looking for a Nursery Area Manager to support settings based in the Nottingham, Northampton and surrounding areas. Working alongside the COO and Directors you will manage and support the Nursery Managers in their day to day running of their settings, together with focusing on quality, safeguarding, curriculum, compliance, and supporting in Ofsted Inspections.
You will need to have experience of multi-site setting support, a car driver, and passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group. Salary is up to £60k depending on experience.

- Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings
- Experience leading Ofsted inspections
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
- Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
- Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Car Driver
