About Our Clients
Our Clients are now looking for a Nursery Area Manager to support settings based in the Peterborough and surrounding areas. Working alongside the Regional Team you will manage and support the Nursery Managers in their day-to-day running of their settings, together with focusing on quality, safeguarding, curriculum, compliance, and supporting in Ofsted Inspections.
You will need to have experience of multi-site setting support, be a car driver, and be passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group. Salary is approximately £54k with Car Allowance.

- Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings
- Experience leading Ofsted inspections
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
- Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
- Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Car Driver
