Location: Southfields (New site opening)
Full-Time, Permanent – 40 Hours Over 4 Days
Salary: £26,500 – £28,800 (depending on qualifications and experience)

About The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. You’ll support daily routines, encourage children’s development, and work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child has a positive nursery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily nursery routines and EYFS activities
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
- Encourage children’s learning and development through fun activities
- Build children’s confidence and independence
- Record observations using our parent communication system
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team
- Communicate professionally with parents and carers
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety
- Reliable and professional attitude
Essential Requirements
- Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Ability to provide 2 references
- Right to work in the UK
