Location: Southampton
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences for children
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Support the key person approach and build secure attachments
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families
  • Attend team meetings and stay updated on nursery priorities
  • Uphold professional standards and report concerns appropriately

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – Essential
  • EYFS Knowledge – Desirable
  • Safeguarding Commitment
