We're working with a lovely nursery in Aigburth, that's looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their friendly team.
If you enjoy working with young children and want to be part of a warm, supportive nursery where every day is different, this could be a great opportunity.
You'll be helping to care for children aged 0-5 years, creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where they can learn, play, and grow. You'll work alongside experienced nursery staff, supporting daily routines, getting involved in fun activities, and helping each child develop at their own pace.

What you'll be doing
- Providing a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years
- Supporting play-based learning and age-appropriate activities
- Helping with daily routines, including meals, naps, and personal care
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Keeping records up to date and following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures
What we're looking for
- A relevant Childcare or Early Years qualification
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but not essential
- A genuine love of working with young children
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Someone who is patient, reliable, and happy to get involved in all aspects of nursery life
