Job Summary

East End UMC believes that Jesus’ message of unconditional love means that every human being is a child of God and is worthy of love, respect, and inclusion. We welcome and embrace people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, race, ethnicity, age, faith history, economic status, physical and mental ability, education, and housing status. We stand against discrimination and exclusion by choosing to worship and serve with all people through love, acceptance, and reconciliation. Therefore, as God loves us, so let us love and serve in the name of Christ.

This position supports this mission by providing caring and safe childcare to East End’s youngest children. The Nursery Caregiver is responsible for providing a safe and welcoming environment for children in our care. The EEUMC Nursery Team is a key component to the overall community of East End UMC and plays an important role in the lives of our families.

As a part of the EEUMC Nursery Caregiver Team, your role is to provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean and loving care to our children.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
