Nursery Deputy Manager
Location: Beckenham, South London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role
An established and highly regarded nursery in South London is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early years professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care, education and learning experiences for young children.
The nursery caters for children from 3 months to 5 years, providing a warm, stimulating and safe environment where children are encouraged to build confidence, develop independence and reach their full potential.
As Deputy Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day running of the setting, while helping to maintain the highest standards of care, safeguarding and early years practice.

The nursery is part of an established and growing group of early years settings, committed to creating a fun, nurturing and supportive environment for children and their families.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident and passionate early years professional who:
- Has previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for children.
- Has the confidence and ability to support the leadership and day-to-day management of a nursery.
- Can motivate, support and work effectively with a team.
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and children's wellbeing.
- Is committed to maintaining high standards of practice and provision.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Is approachable, enthusiastic and able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
