Location: Woosehill, Wokingham
Salary: £32,853.60
Hours: 45 per week over 5 days

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations
  • Help lead and develop a team of enthusiastic practitioners
  • Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Step up as acting Manager when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years
  • Experienced in a supervisory or Third in Charge role within a nursery setting
  • Confident in implementing the EYFS and managing safeguarding practices
  • Organised, motivated, and a great communicator
  • Committed to creating a positive, supportive learning environment
