Nursery Housekeeper — Come Grow With Us
Do you take pride in creating spaces that feel clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for a warm, reliable Nursery Housekeeper to help keep our setting sparkling for the children and families who spend their days with us. 💛
Behind every happy, healthy day of play is a nursery that's spotless, organised, and safe — and that's where you come in. Your work might happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere, from tidy playrooms to germ-free mealtimes. ✨
What you'll be doing:
- 🧽 Keeping all areas of the nursery clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout the day
- 🛡️ Following strict cleaning and safety procedures to protect children and staff
- 🧺 Managing laundry, linens, and general housekeeping duties
- 🍽️ Supporting kitchen and mealtime hygiene, including washing up and surface cleaning
- 🗑️ Managing waste disposal and recycling responsibly
- 📋 Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and flagging when things need replenishing
- 🤝 Working closely with the nursery team to keep everything running smoothly

What you'll need:
- ❤️ Pride in your work and great attention to detail
- 🧼 Experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role (childcare setting preferred but not essential)
- 🛡️ An understanding of hygiene and safety standards, or willingness to learn ours
- 🗣️ Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- ⏰ Reliability and a strong work ethic
