Are you a qualified Early Years professional with a passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Key Person to join our welcoming team at Dovedale Nursery.
This is a wonderful opportunity to play an important role in supporting children aged 1 to 11 years, helping to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to explore the world around them.
No two days are ever the same. From embarking on imaginative bear hunts and outdoor adventures to exploring space through creative play, you'll help bring learning to life and create memorable experiences that spark curiosity, confidence and joy.
As a Key Person, you will build strong, positive relationships with your key children and their families, supporting children's development and wellbeing while working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
About You
You will:
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification
- Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Demonstrate a caring, professional and positive approach
- Be adaptable, creative and enthusiastic
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Have a commitment to delivering outstanding care and education
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
