Nursery Manager
Didcot, Oxfordshire
£47,000 per annum
40 hours per week | All Year Round

Tinies is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded nursery group for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a successful setting in Didcot.

The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and inspiring the nursery team
- Maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding
- Supporting staff development and performance
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Managing occupancy, compliance, and operational excellence
- Ensuring the nursery provides an outstanding experience for every child
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Maths and English qualifications
- Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding Early Years education
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
