🧸 What You’ll Do
As Nursery Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver exceptional early years education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. You’ll create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.

We’re looking for a confident, ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of childcare.
You’ll Bring
- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A commercially minded, proactive approach
- A genuine passion for early years education
