Lead a Nursery Where We Have All the Ambitions for Every Child

We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our Halesowen Nursery, support an exceptional team and ensure that children receive the highest standards of care, learning and opportunity.

This is more than a management role. You will bring our values and curriculum to life, create a positive culture for colleagues and build trusted relationships with children and families.

Our All the Ambitions for Every Child Curriculum

Our curriculum goes beyond the everyday and includes:

  • Kindness Code and affirmations, building kindness, confidence, resilience and a positive sense of self.
  • Forest School and outdoor learning, helping children explore nature, embrace adventure and learn beyond four walls.
  • Risky play and woodwork, developing independence, practical skills, problem-solving and confidence.
  • Cooking, creating meaningful, hands-on experiences and valuable life skills.
  • Yoga and wellbeing, supporting movement, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing.
  • Creativity and loose-part play, giving children the freedom to imagine, experiment, create and discover.
  • Music Bus, bringing music, movement, expression and fun into children's learning.
  • Sustainability, helping children understand, appreciate and care for the world around them.
  • Path-to-School Programme, ensuring children develop the confidence, independence, communication, early literacy, numeracy and self-help skills needed to thrive as they transition into school.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
