Where little moments make big futures.

Be part of a team that helps children discover the world around them through play, creativity, and hands-on experiences. You’ll work in a welcoming, supportive environment where your ideas are heard, your professional development is supported, and your work truly makes an impact.

At Kiddie Capers Childcare Fishersgate, we provide a stimulating and enabling environment for children aged 0-5 years old, located near the Eastbrook Manor Community Centre and Shark Park. Our nursery offers a unique outdoor space, including a surrounding field and park, where children can explore and relate their experiences to their everyday life. They can observe export and shipping boats and the power station, while enjoying the fresh air and surroundings.

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our team and lead this new setting. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our team to provide exceptional care and Early Years education for young children. You will oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s development. Your leadership will help shape the Nursery’s ethos, maintain high standards, and foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
