Great opportunity to lead, manage and develop a new nursery in Godalming
Our client is opening a new nursery in Godalming, Surrey and are looking for a nursery manager to join them and not only develop the nursery and its team but offer flexible, bespoke childcare to the families it serves.
The nursery owner is looking for a level 3 or above nursery manager who has experience in nursery management and developing the staff team.
For this role
- You need to have a level 3 or above childcare qualification
- Management and leadership experience
- An ability to develop relationships with the families using the setting
- Have great EYFS knowledge
- Understanding of compliance in the Early years
- Have Safeguarding knowledge and training

The nursery is offering a bespoke way of childcare for the families offering flexibility and meeting the needs of individual children and families. As nursery manager you will need to be able to run the setting and support the team. You will be responsible for making sure all policies and procedures are followed as well as the children have a safe and stimulating environment that supports their learning and development.

Salary
- £38000-£45000 per annum with up to 25% annual performance bonus
- Up to 35 annual leave days including bank holidays
