At Zero2Five, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery in Gallions (E16). If you're driven by delivering exceptional early years education, inspiring teams, and creating a nurturing environment where children flourish, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing nursery team.
  • Deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum that supports every child's development.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Build trusted partnerships with parents through open, positive communication.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure outstanding nursery provision.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve excellence in everything you do.

What You'll Bring

  • Level 3 CCLD qualification (or equivalent) or above.
  • Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • At least 2 years Nursery Management experience, ideally including Ofsted inspections.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisational, delegation, and time management skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
