The Role & Key Responsibilities 📋
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver world-class care every day.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
- Oversee educational programs and curriculum implementation.
- Recruit, onboard, and empower new colleagues.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Maintain exceptional childcare standards and EYFS alignment.
- Manage day-to-day nursery operations and resolve challenges swiftly.
- Support budget management, fee collection, and financial tracking.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently hit operational goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed ✨
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
- Full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years Qualification
- Passion for delivering world-class childcare
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Confidence with tech (Microsoft Suite & nursery management software)
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
