We're looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our Fair Oak nursery, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional care and education while driving operational excellence and growth.

What You'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing nursery team
  • Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
  • Driving employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Ensuring compliance, quality, and outstanding outcomes for children
  • Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Managing nursery performance, occupancy growth, and commercial success
  • Supporting recruitment, development, and succession planning

What We're Looking For:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Leadership experience within an Early Years setting (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or similar)
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections leading to a Good or Outstanding outcome
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory compliance
  • A proven track record of developing successful teams and delivering high-quality practice
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational performance and service excellence
  • A full compliance process will be done for any successful candidate including an enhanced DBS check
