Nursery Manager | Busy Bees Canterbury | Up to £40,000 + up to 25% annual bonus

About The Nursery

Busy Bees Canterbury is a well-established, Ofsted-rated Good nursery caring for up to 80 children. Conveniently located with excellent bus and train links, plus free on-site parking, the nursery offers a welcoming environment where children, families, and colleagues can thrive.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated nursery team
  • Ensuring exceptional standards of care, education, and safeguarding
  • Driving occupancy, quality, and overall nursery performance
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Maintaining compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging culture for both children and colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or above)
  • Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
  • Proven ability to inspire teams and drive high performance
