🌱 About the role:
As Nursery Manager, you will lead and inspire our nursery team to deliver the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
You will be responsible for:
- ⭐ Leading, motivating, and developing the nursery team
- ⭐ Ensuring excellent EYFS practice and preparing for Ofsted inspections
- ⭐ Maintaining outstanding safeguarding, health, and safety standards
- ⭐ Supporting staff through supervisions, observations, and professional development
- ⭐ Building strong relationships with children, families, and external partners
- ⭐ Monitoring curriculum planning, children's progress, and learning outcomes
- ⭐ Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards
👩🏫 About you:
We are looking for someone who is:
- ✔ Passionate about early years education and delivering outstanding childcare
- ✔ An experienced Nursery Manager or senior leader
- ✔ A strong team builder who can inspire and motivate others
- ✔ Knowledgeable about EYFS statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations
- ✔ Confident managing nursery operations, compliance, and quality improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
- Minimum 2 years’ Nursery Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Paediatric First Aid and DSL training (or willingness to complete)
- Enhanced DBS check required
