🌱 About the role:

As Nursery Manager, you will lead and inspire our nursery team to deliver the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.

You will be responsible for:

  • ⭐ Leading, motivating, and developing the nursery team
  • ⭐ Ensuring excellent EYFS practice and preparing for Ofsted inspections
  • ⭐ Maintaining outstanding safeguarding, health, and safety standards
  • ⭐ Supporting staff through supervisions, observations, and professional development
  • ⭐ Building strong relationships with children, families, and external partners
  • ⭐ Monitoring curriculum planning, children's progress, and learning outcomes
  • ⭐ Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards

👩‍🏫 About you:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • ✔ Passionate about early years education and delivering outstanding childcare
  • ✔ An experienced Nursery Manager or senior leader
  • ✔ A strong team builder who can inspire and motivate others
  • ✔ Knowledgeable about EYFS statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations
  • ✔ Confident managing nursery operations, compliance, and quality improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years’ Nursery Manager experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Paediatric First Aid and DSL training (or willingness to complete)
  • Enhanced DBS check required
