Lead One of Our Largest Nurseries Excellent Benefits Career Progression. Busy Bees is looking for an experienced and motivated Dual Nursery Manager to co-lead our thriving Walthamstow nursery.

About the Role
As a Dual Nursery Manager, you will:
- Co-lead and inspire a large, busy nursery team
- Ensure high-quality childcare and strong EYFS delivery
- Maintain compliance, safety, and safeguarding standards
- Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
- Support staff development and promote a positive, high-performing culture

About You
We’re looking for a confident and passionate leader who:
- Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
- Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is commercially aware and committed to delivering outstanding early years education
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment
