Grade 8 scp (19-22) £33,119 - £34,811
Full Time – 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Full Year, Permanent Contract
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly skilled Nursery Manager to lead our brand new 0–3 years nursery — a central part of our growing 0–11 all-through vision. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an exceptional Early Years environment, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a seamless journey where every child is known, nurtured and inspired.
As Nursery Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations of our all-year-round provision (8am–6pm), ensuring outstanding care, education and safeguarding for our youngest children. You will be part of Radbrook’s experienced Early Years Team, working collaboratively to deliver a warm, inclusive and ambitious offer for the Radbrook community.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Management — Lead the 0–3 years team, modelling excellent practice and ensuring a culture of warmth, professionalism and high expectations.
- Family Partnerships — Build strong, trusting relationships with families, ensuring communication is warm, clear and supportive.
- Quality of Education — Oversee and quality assure planning, curriculum delivery and assessment to ensure rich, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Environment & Resources — Ensure the nursery is a safe, stimulating and nurturing space that reflects children’s needs and interests.
- Safeguarding & Welfare — Act as the designated safeguarding lead for the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
