The Role
Our Nursery Managers play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. You will be responsible for managing the smooth day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring our colleagues and children are thriving every single day.

Key Deliverables:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and lead the nursery team, ensuring they perform at their very best each day.
- Encourage colleague development and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Lead educational programmes and curriculum implementation.
- Recruit and onboard new colleagues, ensuring they become proud advocates of My Ohana from day one.
Operational Excellence & Financial Oversight
- Ensure the highest standards of childcare and operational efficiency across the nursery.
- Oversee EYFS curriculum alignment and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Support fee collection, invoicing, payment tracking, and overall budget management.
- Monitor nursery performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational, educational, and financial targets are met.
Stakeholder Engagement & Culture Champion
- Build strong, long-standing relationships with parents and carers to ensure they feel informed, valued, and involved.
- Drive a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with our company ethos.
- Lead colleague engagement, performance management, and personal development.
- Act as an inspiring role model and an enthusiastic ambassador for My Ohana.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager.
- A full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
- Strong people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence with technology, including Microsoft Suite and early years software programs.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, and a desire to grow within My Ohana.
