Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Term-Time Only
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, alternating shifts: 08:00–17:00 and 09:00–18:00)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a wonderful, high-quality nursery client seeking an experienced Nursery Manager. This is a fantastic term-time-only position, offering an incredible work-life balance with school holidays off.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor early years practitioners daily.
- Ofsted & Compliance: Maintain excellent standards to meet all regulatory and Ofsted criteria.
- Safeguarding: Act as the lead for safeguarding, ensuring absolute child safety.
- Parent Partnerships: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Operations: Handle day-to-day nursery administration, including staff rotas and occupancy.
Mandatory Job Requirements
To be considered for this high-level executive role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years working in a UK nursery setting, with at least 2 years of proven experience specifically as a Nursery Manager (strong, experienced Deputy Managers are considered)
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Certifications: Current Paediatric First Aid certificate, Prevent Duty training, and Safeguarding certification.
- DBS: Enhanced DBS check registered on the DBS Update Service.
- Right to Work: Valid and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
