VD Recruitment has partnered with a growing and wonderful Award-winning Nursery Group in London.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Nursery Manager for one of their settings in the Bromley BR1 area to join their dynamic team at the Ofsted-rated 'Good' nursery. The successful Manager will have strong knowledge of EYFS, an understanding of children's development, and hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
You will be joining a lovely nursery on a full-time permanent basis with occupancy of 96 children.
Salary: GBP 56,000 - GBP 58,000 + benefits

Location: Bromley, BR1 area
Hours: 40/week (Rotating early & late shifts between 7.30 am to 6.30 pm)
Duties for the Nursery Manager
- Overseeing the smooth running of the nursery
- Leading the staff team to deliver high-quality practice within the nursery
- Ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care and development for children placed in the nursery
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Responsible for any tasks delegated by the Directors
- Giving support to other personnel within the nursery
- Adhering, promoting, and complying with legislation and compliance regulations

Person Specification for the Ideal Nursery Manager
- Childcare qualified to Level 3 or above from a recognized awarding body
- Sound experience of minimum 2 years as a Nursery Manager
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
