Job Description

To provide a happy, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age.

  • Enabling all children to develop to their full potential, recognising the need for support and meeting the additional needs of the children.
  • To ensure the health and well-being of the children in our care.
  • To actively contribute to the monitoring and recording of children's progress and development and the sharing of information with other childcare professionals.
  • To adhere to OFSTED Standards & Regulations.
  • To ensure compliance with child protection procedures.
  • To adhere to Trust and nursery policies and procedures.
  • To maintain the health & safety of the children in our care, carrying out risk assessments as required.
  • To take the lead in challenging and providing quality care and education.
