Nursery Nurse/Practitioner Winnersh - RG41 5RB


Every day is an adventure in this exciting and rewarding Nursery Nurse role! You’ll join a caring team supporting children from 3 months to pre-school age and bring energy, creativity, and warmth to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for the little ones.


Availability

We offer flexible options to suit your needs:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Job shares (2–3 days/week)
  • Part-time (20 hours/week)
  • Supply roles (work/life balance)

Please note: Applications will not be considered without a full and relevant qualification or experience in childcare.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ability to reference it for planning
  • Skills: Practice of observation, record-keeping, and child-centred planning
  • Emotional & Attitudinal Fit: Passionate about children’s needs and holistic development
  • CRB Check: Enhanced DBS check required
