A fantastic Early Years provision in Wandsworth Town is looking for an experienced and committed Nursery Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for a Nursery Nurse who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is looking to become a reliable and valued member of an Early Years team.
The successful candidate must have previous Early Years experience as well as experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEND).
The Nursery Nurse Role
- Support children across the Early Years provision with their learning, development and wellbeing.
- Provide additional support to children with SEND and individual learning needs.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Support engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS.
- Encourage children's communication, independence and social development.
- Work closely with teachers, Early Years practitioners and SEN staff.
- Assist with observations and monitoring children's progress.
- Support children's personal care where required.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

The School Is Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous Early Years experience: essential.
- Has experience supporting children with SEND: essential.
- Is patient, caring and nurturing.
- Understands the importance of consistency and routine for young children.
- Is reliable, punctual and committed to the position.
- Can work effectively as part of a busy Early Years team.
- Is available to start ASAP and work full-time.
