We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants to join our busy and growing team, supporting nurseries across Chertsey.

About You

We're looking for childcare professionals who are passionate about supporting young children's development and wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have at least 1 year's experience working with children
  • Have experience within an Early Years setting
  • Be confident working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working in different nursery environments
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be reliable, punctual, and flexible
  • Hold a childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Assistant, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years
  • Follow nursery policies, procedures, and daily routines
  • Work collaboratively with nursery staff and management
  • Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment
  • Support and engage children in fun, stimulating activities
  • Assist during mealtimes and daily care routines
  • Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment

Working Hours

We are seeking candidates available to work 2-5 days per week, with full-day shifts required. A variety of shifts are available, allowing you to choose work that fits around your commitments.
