Nursery Nurse
Location: Horley – RH6 7DQ
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Job shares (2–3 days/week)
- Part-time (20 hours/week)

About the Role
Every day is an adventure in this exciting and rewarding role! As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll be part of a caring team that supports children from 3 months to pre-school age. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and warmth to everyday work, helping little ones thrive in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.
Salary: Up to £29,286 per annum
Important note: Applications will not be considered if you lack a full, relevant qualification or childcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care for children aged 0–5.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by following relevant nursery policies and procedures.
- Use your knowledge, creativity, and imagination in planning activities.
- Develop relationships with children, fostering communication with parents.
- Make every day fun and engaging for all children!
About Our Horley Nursery
Location: A short walk from train station and town centre.
Facility: Bright, spacious rooms with dedicated gardens for outdoor learning. Focus: Specialised support for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), led by Manager Kerry.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience
✚ Minimum qualifications and requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Understanding of planning, observation, and record-keeping in childcare
- Genuine enthusiasm for nurturing children’s development
- Enhanced DBS check unsatisfactorily passed
