Nursery Nurse
Location: Bexley, South East London
Pay: £90 - £110 per day
Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary
Start Date: September 2026
Salary is based on experience and qualifications. Higher rates apply to candidates with significant experience and/or qualifications.
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse looking for a rewarding role within a welcoming early years setting?
A friendly primary school in Bexley is seeking an experienced Nursery Nurse to join its Early Years team from September, supporting children during the most important stage of their development.
The Role
You'll help create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child feels happy, confident and ready to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children's learning through play-based activities.
- Promoting communication, language and social development.
- Assisting with observations and learning records.
- Encouraging independence and positive behaviour.
- Working closely with teachers, parents and the wider EYFS team.

- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
- Experience working within EYFS.
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for helping young children flourish.
