What We Need From You
- The Badge: Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (CACHE or equivalent).
- The Experience: At least 1 year in a nursery setting with a solid grip on the EYFS.
- The Vibe: High energy, a can-do attitude, and a passion for making learning feel like an adventure.
- The Skills: Great communication (written and verbal) and a rock-solid understanding of safeguarding.
