What We Need From You

  • The Badge: Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (CACHE or equivalent).
  • The Experience: At least 1 year in a nursery setting with a solid grip on the EYFS.

  • The Skills: Great communication (written and verbal) and a rock-solid understanding of safeguarding.
