Join a Family-Run Montessori Nursery Where People Matter

At Newpark Childcare, we're not a corporate nursery chain. We're a family-run nursery with a genuine Montessori ethos, and we've been creating exceptional early years experiences for London families for over 30 years.

We believe children thrive when they're surrounded by caring, passionate adults who love what they do. That's why we invest just as much in our team as we do in the children we care for.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a nursery job—they want to make a real difference. Someone who is naturally curious about child development, passionate about early years education, and excited to help children learn through exploration, independence and play.

We're proud to be a down-to-earth, people-first nursery. We know everyone's name, we celebrate successes together, and we support one another through the busy days. When you join Newpark, you become part of a team that genuinely cares.

As the UK's first private nursery accredited by the London Living Wage, we believe the people shaping children's futures deserve to be valued and fairly rewarded.

The Role

As a Nursery Nurse, you'll help create a warm, inspiring environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
