Nursery Nurse - Farnborough (GU14 6SF)

Role Overview

Every day is an adventure in this exciting and rewarding role! As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll join a caring team that supports children from 3 months to pre-school age.

In this role, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and warmth to every day—helping little ones thrive in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.


Salary & Bonus

  • Up to £30,222 per annum
  • £1,000 new starter bonus for Level 3 Nursery Nurse (Level 3 or above) candidates who apply by 11:59pm on Sunday 31st May 2026 and pass the interview.
  • Terms and conditions apply.

Career Flexibility

We offer a range of flexible working options:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Job shares (2–3 days per week)
  • Part-time (20 hours per week)
  • Supply roles for work/life balance

Sector-Specific Requirement

Applications will not be considered if you do not have:

  • A full and relevant qualification or experience in the childcare sector.

Located in The Old Library, a Grade II listed building, Toad Hall Nursery Farnborough opened in September 2025. Features include:

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of and adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Awareness of planning, observation, and record-keeping for nursery-aged children
  • Genuine passion for working with young children
  • Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
