Join the Newpark Childcare team!

We’re looking for a warm, passionate and reliable qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team. You must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or be currently studying towards Level 3.

At Newpark, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality, child-led care in a nurturing Montessori environment. If you’re passionate about helping young children learn, grow and thrive, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary

  • £15.30/hour (Level 2)
  • £16.30/hour (Level 3)

Hours

  • Full-time
  • 4 days per week
  • 10-hour days
  • Permanent, all year round

What you’ll do

  • Provide outstanding care, learning and development for children under 3
  • Create fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
  • Follow EYFS, nursery policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment

We’re looking for

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or currently studying towards Level 3
  • Experience working with children under 5 (essential)
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • A genuine passion for early years and children’s development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible and reliable approach
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
