Join the Newpark Childcare team!
We’re looking for a warm, passionate and reliable qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team. You must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or be currently studying towards Level 3.
At Newpark, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality, child-led care in a nurturing Montessori environment. If you’re passionate about helping young children learn, grow and thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary
- £15.30/hour (Level 2)
- £16.30/hour (Level 3)
Hours
- Full-time
- 4 days per week
- 10-hour days
- Permanent, all year round
What you’ll do
- Provide outstanding care, learning and development for children under 3
- Create fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
- Follow EYFS, nursery policies and safeguarding procedures
- Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment

You’ll play an important role in keeping children safe and promoting their welfare. This includes understanding and following safeguarding procedures, recognising and reporting concerns appropriately, maintaining professional boundaries and contributing to a culture where children’s safety and wellbeing always come first.

We’re looking for
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or currently studying towards Level 3
- Experience working with children under 5 (essential)
- Fluent English (essential)
- A genuine passion for early years and children’s development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, flexible and reliable approach
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
