Were Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 2 / Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
  • Creates engaging learning experiences that support every child's development
  • Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Joining Bonus Terms

  • Available to new starters who begin employment on or before 30th August 2026
  • Applicants must hold a full and relevant DfE-approved Level 2/Level 3 (or above) Childcare Qualification
  • Applicable to contracts between 25-40 hours per week
  • Subject to successful pre-employment checks and Right to Work verification
  • Bonus is subject to tax and National Insurance where applicable
